Hi to my recollection the latest custom firmware is 3.90 m33-3 right? will this work on a slim psp (same method as fat psp) with a fat psp battery? if that is not the latest firmware what is (i want to know custom firmware not official sony :) ) and will it work on both consoles fat and slim?

3.95 GEN is the latest firmware. It works on all PSP's regardless of battery or whether its a slim.

ok ill just stick with the 3.90 then... does 3.90 m33-3 work with a slim? and does the slim use the same battery as the fat psp?

GEN id say is best at the mo for slim as it has extra fetures and you can still update to m33 when 4.00m33 come out (if it does).

and the slim has a different battery to the fat but it can run of the fat battery but the fat battery will not fit in as well as the slim battery.
