CopytoDVD problems ... need help

Hi. I am relatively new to the DVD burning experience. I have been backing up my DVD movies for a few months now, using DVDDecrypter, DVD2One, and CopytoDVD software. All of a sudden, I cannot burn successful discs. Each application still runs and completes successfully, but after CopytoDVD runs and produces the disc, the disc is unreadable. It will not play in my DVD drive nor in my DVD player.

What can I look for to resolve this problem? I have checked the ASPI drivers, and also the VSO drivers. I have reloaded the software. I have check for "services" to make sure related services are running. What else can I do?

Also, for CopytoDVD, should I be using the VSO drivers or ASPI drivers for disc access? I have tried both options with no success. I do not remember what I was using when I was burning successful discs.

I have a NEC DVD+R/RW internal burner (Dell system), using Verbatim Datalife and DatalifePlus discs.
