What mod chip do i have?

Hello there as you know(or don't)im new here.
I was wondering what mod chip i have, brothers and I weren't told what chip we had. Could someone tell me or try and take a guess of what mod chip i have because i would like to finally know.
Some specs and info to help you of course.
It says to reset 1x for dvd and ps2 games
2x reset for ps1 and cd's(neither cd or ps1 games will work quite after i got a chip installed)
For those people who live in Melbourne i got my ps2 chiped in laverton market.
By the way looking at several other chips i can tell that my chip isent good because some chips don't even require reseting and the chip on mine the ps1,dvd,cd modes don't even work i can only play ps2 games(backup and original)while my friends(has matrix) can play dvds nicely still.

don't worry guys i think i have one of them super7 mod chips meh i wished i had got a matrix
