Call Failed - hCall Diverted? Help Please!!!!

Hi,
Everytime I try to make a call, it comes up with "Call Ended, Call Failed", then displays a message on screen saying the "Calls Diverted".
Checked all the settings, and nothing is diverted.

1.1.4 vertsion, using a Vodafone Contract sim.
Everything else works aprart from making calls.

What can I do, and what is the problem?
