the channels stopped working only my cousins sagem dbox, so i changed the keys, the channe;s still weren't working, so i did a scan on a provider called 6952 then they came up, but then the picture kept freezing up and then it stopped working then i did a scan on 68?? and then all the channels went, so they have no channels, they have nothing there. no bbc1 or anything. basically i mean that you can't even go the channels because they are not there.
when i try doing scan again only provider there is Kabel Deutshland and when you scan on that nothing comes up. its using a commando 6 image, anyway i can reset the settings or something on the box?

you need to load on the latest cables.xml for your area
