I'm having a hard time finding out how to use my Samsung phone as a modem. I constantly get "no dial up tone" error message when I try to connect through my usb data cable. I would also like to find out on how to protect myself so that the telephone provider doesn't start charging me for the downloaded data through the Samsung telephone. Help is greatly appreciated.
