My psp isos are not working right!
i install it and it says file data is corrupt

First off, are you running custom FW?
Edit: also might want to make thread title more specific, before a mod comes along.

First of all make sure you are running Custom Firmware, to do that on your psp you go to system setting and system information. If you have custom firmware then it will say something like 3.xx M33 or 3.xx OE-A.
If you are running Custom firmware then make sure that you are placing the ISO games in the ISO folder in the root of the psp. it should be either .iso or .cso.

this will make an iso folder for you then put your iso and cos in that folder. that should work

and check your umd iso mode i set mine to m33 driver and it works fine for me
