Issue with ISO Disc Image file

I am running DVD Shrink 3.2.0.15 on a Windows XP Home SP2 pc with 1 GB Ram.
I am having an issue with the ISO image file.
After opening disc, under Select Backup Target, I choose ISO Image File (not Hard Disc Folder).
For Select Target Image File I have C:\Documents and Settings\My Documents\My Videos\themoviename.ISO. However when I am finished backing up the dvd I get seperate files rather than a single .ISO disc image file.
What can I do to correct this?

Are you Fat 32 or NTFS ?

I'm not 100% sure but I think Fat 32. Would that be the reason?

DVD ISOs are about 4.5 GB. Fat32 doesn't allow files that big.

If you choose Hard Disc Folder you can still burn your project with Imgburn in build mode...no formatting necessary.
