Please help I am not sure what to set the speed to when "reading" my Backup

Ok so this is probaily a Noob Question,
Ok I use Xbox Backup Creater V 2.8
I Have the Kreon V 1.0
When i put my disc in and go to Read the Image to Back it up
what speed should I set it on or does ot matter
The Default is 12X but i have been backing up all my games on 4X...
So in easy terms does it matter what speed i read the disc on or does it affect my game in anyway
example if i read the backup at 4X and burn it at 2.4x would it be any differnt from reading it at 12x and burning it at 2.4X
I just want to make sure i am Backing up my games the best why possable.
so someone please let me know thanks

I read at 4x using xbc, write at 4x using imgburn, and i even use memorex dl and it works fine.

Everybody else will tell you 2.4 is the way to go and don't you dare use anything but verbatims, but I think it's pretty much a case by case situation where whatever works best for you will vary from what somebody else says works best for them.

Thanks for your help i guess i dont have to go through the problem of re buring them i have played them all and seen no problem so far

For DLs use verbs, they are easy on your laser. Memosux works as seen above, but they are not wuailty discs/dye and will stress you laser and drive.
