Creating a SMS DVD for PS2 Video file viewer

I've been killing myself trying to create a Boot DVD for PS2 using the lastest SMS 2.8 R3.
I do not want to use a CD nor can i find one anywhere.
Ad I cant seem to succesfully create the DVD version.
all Tuts recommend Sonmy CDVD generator, but i havent been able to find that either for the past week.
And all the tuts are from 2004 , I'm sure there's an easier way today.
My PS2 is moded

You can follow this tutorial , just skip "part e" seeing you have a modchip and your using SMS 2.8

If u want a very easy to use Tutorial which is personally created by me just see this file easy and fast and you will be able to play mp3,avi files from ur USB HDD connected to ur ps2.
