PSP freezing and turning off at game menu

Ok this is what happened. I have a phat psp wit 3.90 M33 and I was putting in a new version of gpsp. When i went to my psp and went to the memory stick thing under game, i clicked it and it froze and turned off like 5 seconds later. I tried taking the emulator out, but the same thing happened. The problem is only for when i selected memory stick under game, when i selct anything else like the save data utility it works fine. I then upgraded to 3.95 GEN. But the same problem still happens. I latr found out tht if i took out my iso games, then it doesnt freeze all my other apps lik my emulators comes up. But when i put my iso games back in, it freezes. How can I fix this problem????? nd dont say not to use isos cuz i depend a lot on them so not using them isnt an option

thats really weird
Make sure the iso's are in the ISO file on your psp root menu otherwise just try to get your iso from a different place

my memory stick isnt fake, i had a 2 gb which i bought from a store and i had for like a long time.
