Unsynched repair block .ts HDTV file

I got an "unsynched repair block" .ts file to repair a larger 1080i .ts video file. It appears to be just a section of the video. There is no "000" number on it, so I how do I apply to the other .ts files?

Forgot to say it is 122 MB while the regular files are all 100 MB.
