How do I COMPLETELY reinstall DvdShrink?

I have been using DVDShrink for a long time without major problems but recently it started crashing on me. It's not related to any new protection that it can't deal with, because it fails even if I do this:

- Back up the full DVD without any compression to one of my HDDs
- Open the resulting folder, change the selection in "Preferences" from DVD9 to DVD5, then click on backup (with the destination folder on the other HDD).

The obvious thing that I want to try first is to reinstall the program. I tried it once (through Control Panel) but it didn't remove it completely. What do I have to do to clean it up and reinstall it?

Try removing it with Ccleaner and then clean your registry with the same program. Reboot and reinstall DVD Shrink.
