i got a file "emw-m24a" 637 MB but i don't how to burn it

Hello, ppl ... at first, i want to give thanks in advance.

Recently i downloaded a game (two folders CD1 and CD2)from a ftp site, each folder content files with names like "emw-m24a.001", "emw-m24a.002" ... and so on; also a file .sfv .... into th folder came a tool program for make the join of all files en each folder and create one file (suposed to be the image of each CD), but the split/join program make the file without extension like "emw-m24a" of 630 MB for the CD1 folder (and "emw-m24b" of 440 MB for the CD2 folder) ....
the problem is that i can't burn the suposed image or whatever to be.
.... i tried to put the .bin extensio to the file and make a .cue file, so i could use nero to burn this bin image ... but after the burn process (which proceded without problems) i can't access the CD in my PC becouse a "Incorrect Function" error.

after that i tried to put the .iso extension to the file created with the join utility ... but when i open the file with nero, it say me that there are a problem with the block size, and show me the "correct dialog box", but no one option selected in that box can correct the problem....

What i need to do in order to make the two CD needed for the game install???

Please, if you can help me i will be grateful, so thanks in advance!.
