Need help with Max Drive USB Flash Drive

I have bought this part to transfer the game-saves between pc und my xbox and to install the softmod. I connected it to my xbox and was able to access it, but i could not copy the saves to my internally xbox-ndd. The option "copy" was missing, i could just "delete" them. Had someone a similar problem and can help me?

p.s. sorry for my english, i used a google-translator.
