can someone plzz tell me if there a program that converts images to the smallest size possible without quality loss and also can convert it's size to psp format (aspect ratio stays the same.

unless the original images is a verctor the you are always going to have a loss of quality only vectors can resize without qualiy loss

as for the psp screen size i think you'll find 480x272 is the perfect fix

yer any image program like windows picture viewer all you need to know is the screen res in pixels.

you should find that the screen size is
272 pixels by 480 try it it will be a perfect fit.

how do i use windows picture viewer to resize the pic to fit the psp?

i have windows vista
