hey everyone,

my brother bought me an xbox recently which came pre modded when he went to thailand recently.. now the problem is that i havent the slighest clue how it was modded.. (flashed or hardware modded) nor do i know wat version of modding it is..

so now i dont know wat to do.. i want to dload and play the latest games.. but i havent a clue whether i can go online with it.. or whether the games will work...

PLEASE can someone advise me on this matter..

a question: suppose if i flash my xbox with ixtreme .. there might be possibility that there are 2 different mods that are on my xbox..
would my xbox work ok?

i hope you all can understand just how in the dark i am..

SOMEONE....ANYONE.... HELP!

there is alyways a chance of getting banned from live, the only thing i can suggest to you would be like what was said and read the tuts, flash it yourself, (which isnt that hard) then you will know what you have, and you can decide how to produce your games from there. hope this helps.

I use torrents, but you can also look at Newgroups. There is a link in sticky on the, very useful.

Real simple, Burn a back up and see if it works.As far as getting Banned , well thats something else. Is thailand Pal or NTSC or Jap/NTSC ?

Thailand uses PAL and the metric system, like the majority of the world.
