Why the hell did LOCOENG ban me for piracy?!

Notice that the bits in bold red imply that i do not wish to break Afterdawn's piracy rule and that all of the exchange will be done off the premises (for want of a better word) of this site.
I even posted my feelings of this subject in the thread, feeling angry that some person thinks im breaking the forum rules when I am clearly not.:

no, get lost. I am not buying another copy as it is so old its not in production anymore. I need a new cd-key.
EDIT-i am also just asking people if they have them. The exchange is being done off afterdawn.com and any of its sister sites.

... Because you're looking for a way to play the game when you don't have the CD Key, and you're asking people for their unused Keys in the process?
There's a very legal, very cheap, very easy way to get a CD Key. It sounds like "bee" in pig latin.
Also, I've never tried this "maneuver" myself, but I've heard that telling AfterDawn moderators to "get lost" is an easy way to get on their bad side.

It doesn't matter where the transaction takes place, you are still using afterdawn as a vessel to make it happen. You had one thread closed on the exact same subject and that should have been your warning, but you chose to open another thread anyway.

It's like this the police have a mole in your gang and you plan some nefarious scheme. But before you can execute your plan the police swoop in to stop the crime. You never did actually commit the crime but you plotted in full view of public. I see you're still around so LOCO must have been pretty lenient on you. Learn from your mistake and all will be good. You must like the place since you've returned. Start fresh again and let it drop before lightning really strikes. LOL

i think i took most of the fight, LOCO.
garmoon explains the situation well in his first post.
the member just didn't get it. in order to get a serial/cdkey, you have to ask someone. asking for ANY serial/cdkey goes agains the rules, EVEN if you trade outside of aD. you can try wording it differently, but you will still be asking.
what does the member who gives their cdkey get when they trade? possibly nothing. there's nothing in the post that indicates this; it's a one way trade. if cash was given, then everything would be ok, because you practically bought the game again.

yeah after a few incidents hes had at the start..... i had a feeling this fella was gonna a have a rough time.....when i saw he was suspended for a few days i knew a thread like this was going to pop up....commencing download of thread:)......
