I have a Nokia 6021 which I am having real problems with.

The phone use to work with an O2 sim card, unfortunately I don't have the same O2 sim card anymore so I tried to put in another O2 sim card and I keep receiving a security code request.

After digging about on the internet I found that I could enter in a master code to reset the security code but I have tried this but I keep receiving "Code Error". So I looked abit more and found that I could enter in another code which start with PW+. When I come to entering in the P, or W, or + nothing appears on the screen using the * key.

So I did some more researching and found if I changed the sim card to use a different network and try again this might work, so I put in a Vodaphone sim card and did the above again. Unfortunately I am still receiving the same results.

The IMEI number is : 359357006390828

Please could someone help me.
