No sound on episode DVD with dual layer

I am using the latest version of DVD43, One Click DVD copy Pro (version 3.1.2.4) and Nero 7.8.5.0. When I burn an episode DVD on a dual layer disk, I always have one episode in the middle that has no sound when I play it back on any machine or using any burner (except Windows Media Player, which sometimes will pick up the sound). ANy thoughts on how to solve this problem? Thank you.
