DVD ripping duration

Hi

I have to copy many DVD to hard drive (in .VOB format)
and I don't know the duration of this process.
(It is for a legal use)
Do you know the duration of this process for 1 DVD ?

(the computer is a dual-xeon 3Gh)

This will depend on the drive you are using as well as the processor size and memory. In general a full 4.38Gb dual layer disc will rip in approximately 25 minutes with a decent drive. Single layer discs rip much faster - say 15 minutes.

using DVD Decrypter I can back up a dvd in between 10 and 25 minutes

it differs with everyone but I cant see your times being disimilair to Mine depending upon your dvd drive
