I know there are forums out there for making the magic memory stick but can someone make it simple for me. I've been on deployment since January and just got back. The problem I have with my psp is that it is bricked. I thought a guy on my ship was formatting my memory stick and wound up wiping out everything on my psp. Yes everything. When I power it up, all I get is a black screen. Even my computer won't recognize it through a usb connection. I'm rusty in what I need to do since I didn't have anyone that had a modded psp on my ship. The problem I'm dealing with now is that I am back and I don't have any friends in my immediate area that have a modded psp either. Any assistance anyone can provide would be awesome. I'm dying to get back to the use of my psp besides a paperweight.

Memory stick is still good. I just need to make it a magic memory stick. Since I don't have anyone in the immediate area, I've been on here looking at how to make a hardmodded pandora's battery. I had cfw 3.71M33-4 but I know in order to make pandora's battery it's better to have someone that has a modded psp. Thanks for your help.

well unless you can find someone with a psp you'll need a usb card reader to make ur MMS. and same with the pandora battery
it would be better to buy a tool batter. unless your good at soldering so you can fix the hardmodded battery.

IF you know sumone with a CFW enabled psp then you can turn your battery into a pandora then use the CFW enabled psp to change it back no hardmodding required

Okay. Got the hook up with a long time friend who still had their modded psp. I got his cfw up to 3.71M33-4. Downloaded a file and ran a folder with a program called Pandora's Box.exe. Loaded all of it onto a memory stick and started under the game section of the memory stick, Pandora's Battery Creator and got an error saying the game could not be started.

Hi guys, I have a quick question didn't want to create a separate thread for this. My question is...

I know that u need a (magic memory stick) and a (Pandora's Battery) to mod ur psp, but when u r finish modding it do u still need the magic memory stick u originally used, or is it no longer needed any more? because i wanted to buy a 8gig memory stick to back up games like 5 0r 6, but to create magic memory stick u need 512mb to 2gig. i was wondering whn firmware was updated in the psp, the magic memory stick. is no longer needed and i can use any memory stick to load my games. I hope someone understood my question and knows the wright answer thanks.
