OK, so I'm stuck in a jam here. On June 6th i contacted Konami and canceled my preorder for the gun-metal ps3 bundle. They promptly sent an email telling me it was canceled. That was the end of it, or so I thought... Well, I get home today and my bundle arrived. I emailed konami around noon and its now 9, still no reply. Well I just checked my email and what do it get? An email from paypal saying my money has been refunded. So now I have a refund and a bundle. Ive tried looking up their number but no number works. All I want is for them to pay for the shipping back and I'll do it. If noone reply though and they decided they want their money can they charge me again? I really don't know what to do. I guess Ill just go stick it in the closet and wait for a response.
Wow uhh, you're either cluster fudged or have retardedly good luck depending on what happens after this. You have two options basically contact them or wait for them to contact you. I'd say its their responsibility to contact you because it is their screw up in the first place.
I'd hang on to it a bit longer. I don't really believe in Karma but this reminds me of something that happened to a guy I know. He went to EB Games, purchased a 360 and a few games. The bill was well over $500 after it was all said and done. Anyway, after the purchase he went home, looked at the receipt and to his surprise. The receipt say's "DECLINED". His debit card transaction got declined and the clerk did not notice it. Anyway, this guy is thinking he now has a 360 with no strings attached. A few days after this happened, his luck seem to have run out. His tire blew as he was driving and one of the neighborhood cats bit him and his arm got all infected. I believe Karma struck this dude and in a big way.
lol, man that sucks. well, this thing will be sitting in the closet regardless. its pointless to try to sell it right now and I dont need it to paly so it really serves no purpose.
I say give it a month to be on the safe side. If in a month your still not contacted then I would say that you have a free PS3. Then let the good times roll!!
