I downloaded 3.90 M33 Flash0 backup files for my 3.90 M33-2, but only three out of five files appear when I actually look in the Flash0. The other two don't appear for example, (DATA),(KD), and in the folder of VSH, the folder MODULE doesn't appear. I tried to make them appear by letting hidden files to appear but nothing happens.

I have semi-bricked psp.

Enter flash0 via recovery and make sure that un-hide protected operating systems is ticked. you will also need to tick show hidden files which you have already done.

right as January39 said you need to make them visable because they are hidden/system files.

now unhiding them will not cause any damage so you must have deleted something in the flash0 to cause a brick.

now the flash0 3.90 backed up files where they yours or someone elses. i only say this becuase that could cause a brick.

id suggest if you can access recovery mode dont bover with trying to fix it with flash0 files just use pandoras battery to reflash it back to 3.90m33-3

The files where from a website that they had as a download. I can't access the recovery mode anymore. It turned from semi-bricked to bricked! The thing that sucks, is that I paid somebody to unbrick my psp on monday for $15 and had to travel 40 miles to meet him. I will probably have to contact him once again. He's one of the people who does service on psp from darkmessiah website (devildr1ver, I live in Cleburne, near Fort Worth. So i'm saying thats the only person I can contact. Because I do not know a people that live in my town with CFW.

The only bad thing it takes about 3-4 weeks to deliver. I checked their site today and was thinking about getting the datel battery or tool battery. Battery around $25, and Tool $20

its worth it. iv had to wait months before i could fix my psp once so its worth it in the end and if you brick then it means you can fix it if you have a problem one day or someone you know whats there psp modded.

Its better to buy it of their website. on ebay they sell it for $45 plus $19 shipping. If I do. Whats the one that your telling me I should get. The one that looks like a orange battery or the thing that looks like a charger and you put your own psp battery inside of it?

The "orange battery" is the actual TOOL battery. That is basically a pandora's battery in its own right.

The "charger" is a "service tool". What that does is temporarily change your PSP battery into a pandora and back again.

Personally i bought the TOOL battery, as i think its easier, and i don't have to mess around converting my battery etc.
