Can anyone help me with this problem, it wont load the game i downloaded from a good site were i have downloaded many working games from. i have also tried highering the TOC in sony cdvd maker, and i have also tried adding dummy files. please help

You can only have a back up copy of a game if you originally own the game, with downloading you do not own the game thus, making it illegal.

Actually in europe you cant even do that even more! Yes it was true that you could create a backup for personal use, but now here that is also considered piracy.

And yet will the company replace my disk when it wears down? I think not. not only has this occured where the companies have bullied the governments to make this law, there is not also a law which makes ISPs police all data that users are transfering!

Democracy is not a sham in Europe! No freedom for privacy, no trials, arrested with no evidence.

Thanks for letting everybody know, but that's not what the question was.. He is talking about SwapMagic, not the legal rights of making backups of games. And he never ever not once said he does not own the game..
