when i open up 007 dvd creator it says some dull files of our application is missing,application will not work unless you reinstall it,that's what my dvd software says when i open it up,then when i try to load it up with a movie it tells me that i do not have the right codecs on my pc & that i have to install it before the software will work

,i tried to installl the right codecs from the 007 home page but to no avail,no matter what i do im stuck,im also limited in pc's so bare with me,if you can tell me step by step where to & for you too give a guide to how to fix the issue i would be greatful
