Need help converting MPEG-4 Video

Hey there!
Im not the brightest when it comes to stuff like this. But I need help converting a video a friend sent me so I could put it on my Sony Walkman NWZ-A816... Whenever I try converting my video, the programs I use can not read it. My video is on QuickTime and the video format is: MPEG-4 Video, 176x144 Millions Qualcomm QCELP, Mono, 8.000 kHz
If anyone knows how I can get that on to my MP3 please either email me at Brand794@yahoo.com or just reply to this thread... Thanks for the help its greatly appreciated!
