I wanna get cheats for gta vice city. But i need to download stuff. But i also need to downgrade from 3.95 to 3.71. Then i need custom firmware. How do i do all of this. I just got a psp a week ago. I really wanna do the cheats.

you need pandoras battery so you can go from 3.95 direct to cfw but can you just use normal gta cheats for the mo there pritty much the same

As far as I know ... the cheat device for GTA can only be used in CFW...
You need a pandora's battery just as the guy above me said... (you don't know what it is you can read the guides found in this forum)

Then you will be able to use the cheats...
