Captured a 1h/40min movie in a mpg format - over 5G size.

What is best program to reduce it to 4G to burn with Nero without losing too much quality or nagging audio sync problems? Tried converting to AVI, but quality was horrible.

Try 'DVD Flick'.
It will optionally burn the DVD.
