iprep help with usb bios boot

trying to flash my samsung m25 but cant get my usb to boot from bios
im using iprep 101 but it wont boot following instructions on tutorials.
have also tried ntfscd mode also but when i type the the file directory it comes up with not found error.i type in the location of iprep files in 'c' but it wont boot to next stage.

looked at bootmaker method also but you also need bootable usb, my floppy is not reliable either.

anyone help please!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have read many people having issues booting from USb, I think some mobo and BIOS combo just simply dont' work since USB booting is a new thing.

What you mean Floppy isn't reliable?

dont think floppy is formatting properly so i dont trust it.
just a quick question do you know the file directory for iprep to get it to start dumping firmware ie when it prompts you to put in 'cd iprep'
