hi I am wondering what is the best website to buy thermal paste from in europe.
i want it for under the 2 heat sink's.
thank's alot...
also the normal rule's apply*1

agree, AS5 is very good thermal paste. What most people use when nuilding a PC. Newegg.com has it if your in the USA
Amazon.com.uk has it as well

They are both the same thing. Artic Silver thermal paste, and the cleaner is for removing the old thermal paste.

Make sure you get "5" from Arctic Silver they also make ceramic or aluminum pastes, don't get those.

okay got the paste today and put it on the silver chip's then put on screw's from

so i went to do the over heating the heatsinks thing but when i plugged the 360 in i got 3 lights straight away so i turned it off then on same result so i left it on to over heat for 3 min then turned it off,left it cool then put it back together and it worked fine from the dashboard for 20 min.turned it off then on 3 red lights again????
did i put too much paste on????or is there something else

yea it is, especially since the euro is worth more than the dollar, so it would be like 20-25 somewhere around there, not sure what the exact exchange rate is currently.

i was just there its about 1/4 more our money, as for the box did you use the hair dryer? did you over heat properlly? sounds like to me u plugged it in and thought it would work right away. also thermal paste could be an issue as well. make sure you read the guides in detail. sounds like you missed at step to me. do it all over again.

sorry didn't get back to ye in awhile.
first off i tried the x clamp bout 2 months wwith the small one and it worked fine(i used the same paste)
then when i got the 3 red lights again i said i will replace the paste and the second x clamp but can't do it.
i tried using less paste but still gets the 3red light's.
will i just leave it die???

after this happend to me i personally heated the mobo up with a heat gun for about 15-20 minutes on the chips..my x-box360 been working ever since (knock on wood)..(i did the x-clamp mod and replaced with artic compund 5 and it gave me red lights after a month so i decided to heat it up and its worked for about 2 stright after that and still going)(knock on wood!!)
