Does anyone know how to gat the darn thing to accept ring tones over bluetooth

I can send Mp3's and pic's but t wont read the mp3s as ringtones when i go to my ringtones it just shows the factory ones.

what am i doing wrong?

also can someone recommend a good ringtone creator that free and simple to use?
