Im having a issue which happens only on my 360 not my ps3. Anyway hdmi look nice but in dark and blueish scense there is these weird square looking thing in the image and i was wondering if someone could check it on there 360 hdmi. Its extremely hard to see on anything but a darker blueish image. Heres a easy way to see it...

Load up Halo 3 and goto highground and make a portal out int he water so you can warp out into the underwater area and in the water you can notice this problem. also on the 1st mission 2nd part theres some water there you can try it on. Its like a weird looking small or large boxy looking thing int he image and is very hard to notice with normal viewing (till you get in the water) Reason im asking this of someone is i wanna know it this is just how all the hdmi 360 are suppose to look on hdmi or is it my xbox.

Ive tryed my 360 on 2 diffrent hdtvs one was a sony wega and the other is my 32" westy and both showed this problem via hdmi i have the official hdmi cord and i also have 2 other hdmi cords i have tryed my xbox seems to be the problem of this but is it normal for the 360 hdmi? I dont see this problem at all on component but i like the crispness of the hdmi much better.

Like i said its hard to see unless ur under water or in hard scenes also its not only halo i see this problem on. Ive tryed 2 diffrent xbox 360 with hdmi port and 3 cable and both of my hdmi tvs port its alwasy there and even tho most wont see it i do on some scense and its annoying....

I was going to say overheating GPU, but apparently not. I think it's just that additional scaler chip for the HDMI, component video don't use that chip. I don't think there is much you can do.
