How to transfer full ps2 games from PC to my PS2 hard drive

I want to buy a non-chiped ps2 but it will have a huge hard drive in it plus the network adapter. I have already downloaded some ps2 games onto my pc hard drive via torrents. How can i transfer it to my ps2 and play it. Can i just ftp the game onto the ps2 hard drive and play? Any suggestions will be helpfull. I do not have any original game disks. do i need hdloader or hdadvance? i dont want to make any cd or dvd backups...i just want to play them off the hard drive.

usually i don't answer to people who don't own the game and does piracy.

you will either need:

- original hdloader
- memory card exploit (must have original ps1 game disc and ARMAX)
- modchip with dev 1/2/3 support

you cannot ftp because the system must be exploited first. you're not going to get away with just the system, hdd, and network adapter. you MUST have one of those listed above.

Thanks for the information..now my second question is this. CAn i do this: I copy my own ps2 games onto a hard drive attached to my PC, then install that HDD into my PS2 and use HDloader to play the games? I dont want to cause any trouble by making illegal copies, i have original copies back in canada but i'm living in korea for a year and i thought getting them from the internet was the best way....i'll be definitely shipping my original copies ASAP to avoid any problems.

it's much more faster that way. use imgburn to rip the games, then transfer with winhiip.

by the way, i suggest using the exploit over using a retail hdloader or hdadvance. that way, you can just update the elf when patches are added instead of buying all new discs.
