It has been long since I have used my PSP (over a year) and since then I have not upgraded. I can see that there is a stick with detail instructions on how to upgrade, but I just wanted to double check. Is it safe to follow procedures to upgrade from 3.03 OE-C following process on the sticky? Should I watch for something?
Do I need to upgrade to 3.90 or should be enough to get to 3.52?

Yes the stickies are safe - otherwise we won't make them stickies now would we :)
If you follow them you should be fine.

I'd go to 3.90 for newer game compatibility - just my 2 cents :).

Any problems then please use the sticky.
