Hi guys,

I'm hoping one of you might help me. I have to do some real-time encoding of source material in order to pass it to DVD authoring software.

The realtime encoding bit is quite easy to accomplish. There are a few encoders available that can encode uncompressed video to mpeg2 but these encoders all give out a transportstream but for the dvd authoring software I need an MPV-file and separate audiotracks in WAV or AAC. Does anyone know a piece of software or hardware that can record a transportstream and split it up in realtime into a separate video and audio file? But it has to be broadcast-quality.

DVD authoring software will be Scenarist and the encoder has not yet been decided.
