3.40 OE-A to normal firmware help

Hello. I've had custom firmware for a while and I'd like to go back to normal firmware. I have 3.40 OE-A. How should I go about doing this? I know that one method involves that Pandora thing, and I really don't want to do that.

Also, a specific question I have...

Should I go into the debug menu by pressing "R" while the system is booting and restore the settings in there to default? Thanks in advance.

You should be able to just download the official 3.52 eboot and upgrade normally. Why would you want to got OFW though? just install 3.90 M33-3 and you will have all the features of the OFW with the added abilty to use homebrew etc.

So I just use the 3.52 OFW and update like normal? No fancy tricks or files, or risk of permanently bricking my PSP?
