Just network upgraded to OFW 3.95 am I screwed?

I've been away from the PSP modding scene for a while. I recently dug out my 2 PSPs, one is a 1.5, the other was a 2.8 that I upgraded today. Don't ask me why I upgraded without reading whether or not I should have. I read this thread http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/646004 but didn't really see if that will work with the latest FW version.

I want to be able to play ISO files, since I have a bunch. I'd also like to try out the SNES emulated I downloaded today.

Will I be able to do this stuff, or do I need to downgrade?

You will need to install custom firmware on the 3.95 PSP to be able to use iso's etc again. You will need a Pandora Battery and a Magic Memory Stick, but as you have a PSP on 1.50 it will be quite easy to do. Use THIS guide and you should be able to complete the move easily enough.
