I was wanting to know before I get a 12 month on my console, which is modded, but I plan to play original games online.
I wanted to know if I got banned, say 6 months down the road, would I just be able to get another console and use the remaining 6 months linked to my gamertag?
The subscription will stay for the full 12 months,They do not ban your Xbox Live account. They ban your console. So that console will never be able to access Live again, but as stated above if you were to get a new console you could import your current account and you will be able to play online for the remaining months you have left.
If your a big XBL gamer (even though it is expesive) it is best to have a modded console for back ups, and a stock console for originals online.
