Buy a DVD-ROM/Burnner and use a DVD program (PowerDVD/Nero Showtime).

IF you do not want to pay for software to watch dvd's, then get vlc the best video player that has ever been made.

You may need one mpeg2 decode, get one software player, PowerDVD, WinDVD or CinePlayer.
