Megaman Legends Help!

I downloaded megaman legends (psx version) and i'm not familiar with the files in the rar folder. there is a .sub, .img, and .ccd file inside it and i'm not sure how i'm supposed to put this on my psp so that it works. those files were said in their names, but when i look at the file type under properties it says the following: .sub is sub file type, .img is poweriso file type (only because i have poweriso and i can open it with it) and .ccd is a ccd file type. Help would be greatly appreciated!

first go here and download the file. run the program and select your img file then press GO
