Sadly the very first cut scene gets cut off for me, about that crystal being stolen and then it plays the scene again and cuts off again. Are the video files corrupted in the iso?

i think that the ripper did that to save space. the video files in games are huge so thats probaly why. My clank is 1,200 cso if ures is alot smaler then that then its definitely the problem
