Hi all,

I recently bought myself a PS2 off ebay and I'm indecisive of which mod chip I should go for. The console is the SCPH 39002 model.

What I'm basically after is the ability to play any PS2 game from any region, on any media without a fuss. The same goes for any PS1 games and DVD's. I've just gotten a little confused with things like 'green screens' on dvd's. What do they actually mean?

If anyone could shed some light on this decision, it'd be an enormous help. By that way, I'd prefer not to buy a cheap copy of something, instead a reliable chip which won't cost too much if possible.

Thanks in advance!

Hmmm, interesting.

I was actually considering the Modbo 4.0 but no-one mentioned it in the links provided. What do you guys think of that chip- pros and cons?
