dms 4 lite ps2 mod chip troubleshoot

i bought a modified slim ps2 with a dms4 lite mod chip. the thing is, when i insert my imported (copied) game, it works for about 5-10 minutes and then the game freezes! (e.g. when i play pro evolution soccer 6, the game works for about one halftime but in the 2nd halftime, when the ball goes out for a throw in for example, the game freezes. i get a black screen but i can still hear the sound of the crowd!!). when i reset the tv shows a "no signal" sign. i have to reset 3-4 times before it works again! please help me find a solution to this problem! i haven't enjoyed playing my new console yet! thx

i have that chip and never had any problems like that. is that the only game you have? maybe try a different one.

nope, i have lots of games and the same problem applies to them all! anyways, the ps2 is working fine at the moment (i updated the flash, messed it up, and then reinstalled the toxic OS thingy and it's working now!) i hope i don't get the problem again!
