too funny, isp's blame consumers that want to use the bandwidth that was advertised & sold to them & get scolded but people who push the multimedia content streaming online don't get a slap??? so.... i can tell you how good drug x is and sell it to you but if you use it you may get in trouble but if someone else tells you to use it it is ok?
