Samsung u900 'soul' - Video settings?

Hi all,
A friend of mine has one of these and has tried to use the included software to encode a DVD to watch on the road. Only problem is the audio goes massively out of sync. I moved the file to my PC and the sync problems continued meaning the software encoded it out of sync and it wasn't a playback issue. I said I would look into it but have found it difficult to find what resolution/codec/fps settings to use for encoding video for the phone.

So could someone please either tell me what the best settings are to encode video for the Samsung u900 or point me to a link with the info I need?
