i was wondering if i can put files on my 2gb on my desktop then put a 4gb in psp ond copy the files and add ons to the memstick would it creat a new mms

no. you must run the mms installer again.

besides, keeping the mms on a smaller stick is better, and recommended.

it would create the MMS, however, 4gb's tend to be unstable when acting as MMS's, you could try though but do not blame me if you brick/semibrick/totally f**k up your psp Sorry.
