I bought a AR MAX Evo the other day from BestBuy thinking I'll get what they had stated on there website's features list. However, upon using it, I found out there was only a 16MB Memory Card and a CD included--nothing else!
I've been contacting their REP for two days now (slow reply), and only got one response saying:
"Unfortunately, these features have been removed from current versions of the PS2 Action Replay."
I have the receipt that states my prove of purchase. Can I still return this, 'cause I do hope so, this is false advertising. The image on their website is the same as the product I had received. I am sure of it.
What do you guys recommend is the right approach?
