just sell these on ebay seeing that neweggs says i cant return it? I didnt open it or anything. I was going use these for my PS2 Games but I don't want to run the risk of bad media. I'm already on my 3rd PS2 because I've been using bad media. Is Made in india really that different from other verbs? Will these MII mess up my PS2 Lens?

These single layer or dual layer? Single layer I wouldn't worry about it. If dual I still probably wouldn't worry about it. I didn't think there were that many dual layer PS2 games to burn in the 1st place.

Link I don't think you will have any issues with your backups. ;) The MII Verbs seem to be getting a bad rap but I've read plenty of places that they are just fine. On the contrary I've also read there are some problems with the MIT SL Verbs. ;) So who really knows.
I say try them and see what happens. I believe your results will be GOOD. ;)

Are you sure Newegg won't let you return sealed items? If they are sealed then I'm sure you can return them.

You said you didn't open it so you can return it:
Quote: "Can I obtain an RMA for a Consumable Item (Ink/Toner Cartridge, Paper Product, Blank CD/DVD Media, Batteries etc.) using Newegg's online RMA system?
Consumable items cannot be returned to Newegg.com for replacement or refund unless the item is new and sealed in its original packaging. Because of this, consumable items are not eligible for RMA through our online RMA system. Please contact our Customer Service Department via Live Chat, Email or Phone for RMA information regarding consumable items."
