Sorry if this exact problem has been covered, but I've literally been digging through forums for about 7 hours. I have a bricked psp, that I was supposed to fix a while ago, but can't seem to. I've succesfully downgraded a few psp's, of the same model (Phat, 1001 series) without incident. But on the one I'm trying to fix now, nothing is working. I've tested the pandora's battery and mem stick on dif psp, and it works fine. The upon inserting the mms and pandora battery into the problem psp, all three lights turn on, the wifi, mem, and power light, stay on for about 10 seconds, with no flash, then they turn off. And taht's it. I've tried every single MMS maker, testing them on a diferent psp first to make sure they work, and stil, can't seem to unbrick this one psp. Any one have any ideas?

Sounds like a hardware issue to me.

I'm not entirely sure how it was bricked. I got it from a friend, who wanted it downgraded, I didn't even turn it on before I popped in my pandora, so I thought I had bricked it. Then through further investigation, just popping in the [andora wouldn't brick it. On later analysis I found out that he wasn't even sure if it had worked when he gave it to me. Might be a hardware problem. Seems like it's not reading the mms on startup. It wont turn on any other way either. Just stays black.
